Guest Check-in is Friday April 28th, 2023 after
10:am and Check-out is Monday May 1st, 2023 before 5:pm
The day of departure all beds are to be stripped and linens placed on the floor of the bedroom. Leave blankets, coverlets, and pillows on the bed. Place all used towels in the laundry room.
The property will be cleaned before your arrival and
again on your departure, but we ask that you please leave the house in a clean
and tidy condition.
The external trash bins are emptied each day. All trash
must be placed in bags supplied then in trash bins outside. If you have large
items or boxes that will not fit into the bins, please dispose at the site
compactor near the entrance gate.
No items may be removed from the house otherwise
replacement cost will be deducted from guest’s deposit. This includes linens
and towels.
Please note that our villa is a non-smoking home and no
pets are allowed. Fine will be $500 per day if this rule is not followed.
No glass is allowed in pool area.
Please make sure to close windows and lock the front door
and the doors to the pool when you leave the house!
The owners or their
agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury,
accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
