Chef Amanda Marie, CEO of Simplicity Gluten-Free

Chef Amanda Marie Loeffler is a graduate of the Hinds Culinary Arts program in Raymond, MS. At Hinds she received a solid foundation in the methods and science of cooking through exposure to classical, American, and international cuisine, as well as the art of baking and pastries. Special emphasis was also placed on culinary tools, equipment, techniques, and specialty ingredients. The heart of the Culinary Arts Technology program is hands-on lab instruction by a Chef instructor in a commercial kitchen. Chef Amanda received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts.

Chef Amanda Marie has also received her Associate in Arts degree from St Petersburg College along with her Bachelors in Business and Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship.
